A cast iron bronzed & parcel gilt jardiniere, the lion paw tri-columned base supporting a circular dish with fixed ring handles. Removable brass liner.

In the style of Thomas Hope.

Irish circa 1800.

The brass surround decorated with reeded jambs and bosses. The brass & cast iron basket with ball decoration.

A Rare Set of 19th Century Library Steps.

English circa 1840.

Original buff painted pine steps with blacksmith made wrought iron handrail and gallery, on shaped legs joined by ring turned stretchers.

Provenance: Worksop Manor, Nottinghamshire.

The Catton Hall Chimney Piece.

English circa 1820.

The lime wood architectural overmantel with broken swan neck pediment above fielded panelling & fluted pilasters, the bolection mantel with egg-and-dart frieze & blind central tablet, on moulded jambs terminating in block feet.

Retaining original grey paint.

Provenance: Catton Hall, Derbyshire.

Dimensions: 305cm (120") high; 195.5cm (77") wide; 19cm (7.5") deep.

Aperture: 122cm (48") high; 152cm (60") wide.

A Rare Regency Fire Grate.

English circa 1810.

The wrought iron basket bridged by brass rectangular pillars decorated with poppy & laurel garlands. In the classic Regency taste.

English circa 1790.

 

The acanthus leaf & dentil cornice above a fluted frieze flanked by beaded floral oval medallions. 

Carved limewood, retaining original buff paint.

17th Century Carved Oak Frieze.

Five relief panels with scrolling foliate vine.

An Early 19th Century Scagliola Column.

English circa 1820.

The cylindrical column simulating sienna marble on a turned waisted plaster socle.

Dimensions: 109cm (43") high; 27cm (10.5") diameter; 38cm (15") base.
